Prioritise Physical activity and Nutrition: Regular exercise and a balanced diet are essential for maintaining optimal health. Incorporate activities you enjoy, such as a simple walk in nature ,yoga, dancing, or stretching, the important thing is moving our body and get any stagnant energy flowing. Fuelling your body with nourishing foods that provide the necessary nutrients is also just as important , plant based foods are amazing to keep us nourished, energised, grounded and connected to source. 2. Cultivate Mental Well-being: Take time each day to engage in activities that promote mental well-being. This could include practicing mindfulness or meditation, journaling, breathing exercises or engaging in creative pursuits such as my personal favourites- art and cooking for example. Nurturing your mind is just as important as taking care of your body. 3. Embrace Emotional Healing: Emotional healing is a vital part of achieving optimal health. Allow yourself to acknowledge and process your emotions, seeking support from professionals or engaging in practices such as therapy, reiki, or sound healing.
Journaling your emotions and triggers can be of great help on your healing journey too as this allows you to go back and analyse your feelings and emotions based on your life events, creating tools and copping mechanisms for the future. 4. Practice Self-Care: Make self-care a priority in your daily routine. This could involve taking relaxing baths, practicing self-massage, or indulging in activities that bring you joy and relaxation. Remember, self-care is not selfish; it is necessary for your overall well-being. 5. Foster Positive Relationships: Surround yourself with a supportive community that uplifts and inspires you. Seek out like-minded individuals who share your wellness journey and engage in activities that promote connection and mutual support.
Having friends who share your passion for wellness is a must, surround yourself with people who inspire you to elevate always. 6. Spend Time in Nature and with Animals
Animals and Nature are natural healers, spending time with them can help us ground, release feelings of stress and anxiety and forget about all our worries even if for a split second. Animals have so much to teach us about unconditional love and spending time with them is always joyful, I truly believe they are Earth Angels.
Nature provides us with so much, oxygen, food, sunshine... I could go all day with all the benefits time in nature provide, so go outside and enjoy!

If you have trouble sleeping I really recommend trying a few sessions of sound healing or reiki, its a game changer. 8. Practice Gratitude: Cultivating an attitude of gratitude can have a profound impact on your overall well-being. Take a few moments each day to reflect on the things you are grateful for, whether it's the support of loved ones, the beauty of nature, or the opportunities that come your way. 9. Stay Hydrated: Drinking enough water is essential for maintaining optimal health. Aim to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day and carry a reusable water bottle with you to stay hydrated throughout the day.
Water holds energy so a great thing you can do is to speak or pray on your water, speak beautiful words of affirmation or pray on something dear to your heart , drink that miracle water and watch magic unfold. 10. Embrace Mindful Eating: Practice mindful eating by paying attention to your body's hunger and fullness cues. Slow down and savor each bite, focusing on the flavors and textures of your food. This can help you develop a healthier relationship with food and make more conscious choices. Eat more greens and more plant based foods such as fruits and veggies.
